This will last approximately an hour and involve a thorough assessment looking at your movement, strength, balance, tone, swelling if present, coordination, walking and functional activities. This will be followed by effective treatment addressing your problem. A plan of future treatment will be discussed with you by your physiotherapist.
These appointments will include treatments helping you return to work, sport or any other daily activities you may be limited with as a consequence of your injury, pain or medical/neurological condition. We offer 30minute, 45 minute and 1 hour follow up appointments.

Booking an Appointment
Booking a time slot means that your therapist will aim to arrive at the specified start time of your choice. We strike a 95% success rate to be exactly on time for all appointments. We will timely keep you updated in the events where any changes or delays may occur.
By choosing any available time slot and booking an appointment you accept and agree to an one hour window in which the therapist can arrive to the location of your choice for selected therapy session.
If a home visit appointment is booked for 10am, this means that the therapist will have a window between 10am and 11am to arrive for the therapy session and this will not be considered against them being late.
All home visit appointments begin from the time the therapist arrives at the client’s pre-chosen address.
Initial Assessment is 60min, but can last up to 90min and more, depending on the complexity and outcome of the assessment. Any extended time will not be subject to any additional charges.
No cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your confirmed appointment between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled time of your appointment.
Please note that the visit will have to be paid in full when we receive a cancellation request at 24 hours or less from your scheduled appointment or if you are not there when the healthcare professional arrives for your scheduled appointment

However appointments changed at less than 48 hours from the scheduled time will be considered as cancellations and are therefore subject to cancellation fee.
